The objective of the training is to present, in a simple and relaxed manner, the intermittent work model to managers and associates of C&A. The content includes the characteristics of this type of work schedule, how it functions within the company, and the benefits it offers.

The topic has been divided into two modules, one aimed at associates, reinforcing their sense of belonging to the C&A team, and the other aimed at managers, in order to strengthen their sense of responsibility in managing intermittent employees.

The visuals are colorful, modern, and playful, with linear illustrations and the use of graphic elements similar to pop-ups and digital interfaces. As visual support for the content, predominantly photographs and icons have been used, respecting the concept developed based on the brand's visual identity guidelines. The training has a fun visual style with illustrations, gifs, and a conversational language, making the learning experience enjoyable.

O objetivo do treinamento é apresentar, de maneira simples e descontraída a modalidade de trabalho intermitente para gestores(as) e associados(as) da C&A. O conteúdo inclui as características desse tipo de jornada, seu funcionamento dentro da empresa e os benefícios que oferece.

O tema foi dividido em dois módulos, um voltado aos(às) associados(as), reforçando o sentimento de pertencimento à equipe da C&A, e o outro voltado aos(às) gestores(as), a fim de fortalecer o senso de responsabilidade na gestão de intermitentes.

O visual é colorido, atual e lúdico, com ilustrações lineares, uso de elementos gráficos que remetem a pop-ups e à interfaces digitais. Como apoio gráfico ao conteúdo, foram usadas majoritariamente fotografias e ícones, respeitando o conceito desenvolvido com base no manual de identidade visual da marca. O treinamento tem um visual divertido, com ilustrações, gifs e a linguagem usada é dialógica, tornando a experiência de aprendizagem mais leve e agradável.
