Conecta Softplan is Softplan’s quarterly all-hands meeting, bringing together over 2,500 employees in a live, talk show–style event. Led by the executive team, the meeting highlights key company updates, including acquisitions, strategic goals, HR initiatives, and long-term vision. The program features a variety of segments such as leadership Q&As, special reports, and discussions on innovation, culture, and entrepreneurship.

For this project, I was responsible for creating all animated on-screen assets based on the brand identity provided by the internal branding team. My role included developing the visual direction and design for the opening title sequence, as well as intro animations for each program segment. I also handled the animation production, ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and engagement throughout the event broadcast.

Conecta Softplan é a reunião trimestral de resultados e estratégias da Softplan, que reúne mais de 2.500 colaboradores em um evento ao vivo no formato de talk show. Com a participação da diretoria, o encontro apresenta temas relevantes como aquisições, indicadores, iniciativas de RH e o futuro da empresa. A programação inclui quadros fixos e interativos, como perguntas e respostas, plantões de dúvidas e conteúdos sobre cultura, inovação e empreendedorismo.

No projeto, recebi a identidade visual base desenvolvida pela equipe de branding e fui responsável por criar todas as telas animadas do evento. Desenvolvi o direcionamento gráfico e visual para a vinheta de abertura, além das vinhetas de entrada e introdução dos quadros, garantindo consistência, dinamismo e clareza para a transmissão. Também atuei na animação dos elementos, unificando o conteúdo institucional com uma estética atrativa e funcional.
